Technology process of Maize flour mill
Maize through the cleaning sieve to remove impurities into the watering elevator, in the watering elevator so that the maize skin moisturizing than into the storage box, and then into the peeling machine. After maize peeling, the maize were send into the maize germ extractor to separate the germ and skin, and the peeled and degerminated maize grits were send to grinding machine to mill flour and then out of the feeder outlet.
Maize - screening - watering - peeling - degerminating - sieving - maize germ extracting - maize grits - milling flour- bagging.
